Shiv Mishra has spent 25 years cooking in and running Indian kitchens, and knows the everyday rasoi inside out, from mixer grinders and pressure cookers to air fryers and water purifiers. At RasoiLab he explains which appliances suit Indian cooking, how to get the best out of them, and the practical kitchen hacks that make daily cooking easier.
How we choose what to recommend
- We recommend products we have used, tested, or researched in depth. Every guide says how we evaluated the products.
- Commission rates never decide a ranking. If a product is the best fit, we recommend it even if we earn nothing from it.
- We list the drawbacks of every product we recommend.
- We review our guides regularly and show the date each one was last updated.
